Return Policy

At Truliva, we strive to provide the best quality products and ensure customer satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a flexible return and refund policy as outlined below.

What We Will Do Together:

Step 1:

  • Raise a return/replacement request within 7 days from the date of delivery if you have received an incorrect or expired product.

  • Please raise a request via email at care@truliva.in with your order details and contact information.

  • In case of a damaged or missing product, raise a request within 2 days from the date of delivery.


 

Step 2:

  • Our team will review your return request within 2 working days.


 

Step 3:

  • If your return request is approved, we will arrange for a reverse pickup by our courier partner.


 

Step 4:

  • If our reverse pickup service is unavailable in your location, you may be required to self-ship the product via a reliable courier. The courier charges will be reimbursed to you in your preferred wallet (UPI, PayTM, or Truliva Wallet).

 

Step 5:

  • Upon receipt of the returned product, we will verify it against the claim and initiate a replacement or refund, subject to stock availability.
